Learn abundantly - I'm off to the conference

Careful what you ask for, cos you might get it. I was saying how I want to keep up with web trends, how I need to in fact, then I found out about The Conference.

I'm in court on the 24th of September, so I can't go to the workshops on the 23rd and 24th, but I'm paid up to go to the conference on the Thursday and Friday. YAY!!!!!!!!! I can hardly wait, and I'll be spending Saturday in Sydney too, wandering around my favourite places and in the neighbourhood where we lived over 20 years ago, with an old friend or two, whose time I have already reserved.

It will be so strange.

Openings and closings

Life is good. I have had some closures in the last couple of months, but also some openings. I don't have time to expand on this right now, but I am learning a lot and I'm really happy. I can see clearly now.
